What you will be doing: – Provide thought leadership and ongoing market intelligence in the social/interactive advertising space – Identify key trends, tools and technologies to incorporate into our ad units and future client campaigns – Work within an interdisciplinary team of sales, account managers, designers and developers to ideate, research, wireframe, design and build world-class interactive advertising campaigns – Manage many simultaneous projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, on budget and with a quality that meets or exceeds client expectations. – Develop and maintain detailed scopes of work, estimates, project schedules, change orders, communication plans, while making sure the project follows the proper planning and execution as outlined in the project management methodology. – Work with functional managers to secure resources for projects and manage the day-to-day tasks of the assigned team. – Ensure that project communication, both internally and to clients, is strong throughout the duration of the project. – Prepare ongoing status reports to keep project stakeholders informed. – Support creative/development teams in managing smooth and efficient projects workflow through scheduling andquality-assurance procedures. – Liaising with third-party partners and/or vendors and ensuring that their deliverables are provided to creative/development teams on time, in good quality and within budget. What you need: – 2+ yrs experience as an Interactive Producer / Web Producer / Product Manager – Extensive exposure/usage and understanding of the social networking ecosystem, social network applications, games and advertising technologies – Proficient at conveying design and business requirements using various methods such as functional requirements, use cases, needs analysis, storyboards, mockups, flow charts, diagrams, etc. – Strong knowledge of and experience with software development methodologies and project management best practices. – Agile or Scrum – A solid understanding of the lifecycle of web development (Interaction Design, Visual Design and Development) – Experience with interactive projects (web development, email campaigns, online media campaigns) What’s in it for you: – Competitive Salary – Full Benefits – Mentorship – Working for a Socially Responsible Company So if you are an Interactive Producer or Project Manager with agency experience, we look forward to your resume….
